These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and u9play (hereinafter referred to as "u9play", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gambling and sports betting platform accessible at u9play.cam and its associated subdomains.

By accessing, registering on, or using the u9play platform in any capacity — including browsing, wagering, depositing funds, or claiming promotional offers — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their contents, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by u9play, including but not limited to: live casino games, online slot games, sports betting, live football wagering, lottery products, and all associated promotional mechanics. These Terms are supplemented by additional product-specific rules where applicable, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on u9play, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. u9play enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all account holders. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process, and accounts found to have been opened by individuals under the minimum age will be suspended and all funds within them forfeited.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual in your personal capacity and are not acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for a third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with u9play or any associated platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of u9play or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not using, and do not intend to use, automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform or its games.
• You hold or have access to a valid Malaysian bank account or a Malaysian-registered e-wallet (including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay) for the purposes of depositing and withdrawing funds.
• All personal information you provide during registration and KYC verification is accurate, current, and your own.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on u9play. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, device identifiers, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. u9play employs automated fraud detection tools to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts identified will be suspended, and any balances held within them (including winnings derived from promotional funds) will be forfeited.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. u9play will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify u9play's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy

All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. u9play may periodically request re-verification of your details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

4.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, u9play requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This involves submitting a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within three months), and a selfie holding the submitted ID. Verification typically takes 24–48 business hours upon submission of complete documentation.

Your access to and use of the u9play platform is granted solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The platform is provided "as is", and while u9play takes reasonable steps to ensure continuous uptime, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.

5.1 Permitted Use

Members may access all games, betting markets, promotions, and account management features available to their account tier. Use is limited to personal, non-commercial activity. Members agree not to use the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

5.2 Platform Availability

u9play reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any element of the platform at any time — including specific games, betting markets, promotional offers, or payment channels — with or without notice. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. u9play shall not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability during maintenance or unforeseeable outages.

5.3 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or wager, u9play reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and refund the applicable stake. Winnings derived from malfunctions will not be honoured. Members are encouraged to report suspected technical issues to support immediately.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

u9play supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange — all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).

6.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM30. The maximum deposit per single transaction is RM30,000. Account-level daily and monthly deposit limits may apply based on account tier and verification status. Members may set voluntary deposit limits through their account settings in accordance with our responsible gambling commitments.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Estimated processing times by method are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are estimated ranges and not guarantees — processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional compliance review is required.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. u9play reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Any withdrawal request that triggers fraud or AML review may be subject to extended processing times pending investigation.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional bonuses offered by u9play — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and migration bonuses — are subject to specific Terms and Conditions that govern their eligibility, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry. These promotion-specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of this Agreement.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a Member's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified on each promotion's detail page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Incomplete wagering at the time of expiry will result in forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the promotional system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing low-risk cover bets to meet wagering requirements artificially, or colluding with other Members — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. u9play reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses and winnings associated with abusive activity and to suspend or close the implicated account(s).

7.4 u9play's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

u9play reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via platform notifications. Members who have already accepted a promotional offer prior to modification will be subject to the terms in force at the time of acceptance, provided that the wagering period has not yet commenced.

All bets and wagers placed on u9play are subject to the platform's general betting rules and the game-specific rules applicable to each product category. By placing a wager, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

• Sports Betting: All sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, UFC, and other covered events — are subject to the sports rules applicable to each market. Bets are settled based on official results at the conclusion of the event or stated settlement period.
• Live In-Play Betting: Bets accepted during in-play markets are subject to the prevailing odds at the time of acceptance confirmation. u9play is not responsible for delays in odds updates attributable to data feed providers.
• Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by live dealing procedures conducted by trained croupiers. Game results are final once confirmed on screen.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game or market has minimum and maximum stake limits as displayed within the game or market interface. Stakes outside these limits will be rejected.
• Void Bets: u9play reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of a palpable error in odds, a data feed malfunction, or where the integrity of the event is in question.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on u9play and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through a third party
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the account lifecycle
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other non-human interaction tools
• Engaging in collusion with other Members, including soft-play in poker or coordinated bonus exploitation
• Exploiting software bugs or platform errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit, wager, or withdraw on the platform
• Attempting to launder funds through casino gameplay or betting activity
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing platform staff or other Members via live chat or any other communication channel
• Attempting to access, reverse engineer, or modify any part of the platform's software or systems
• Sharing or selling account access credentials to third parties

u9play cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any detected illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate Malaysian authorities without prior notice to the Member concerned.

All content on the u9play platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, text, imagery, page layouts, and the u9play brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of u9play or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the u9play platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or used commercially without the express prior written consent of u9play.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data submitted by Members is governed by u9play's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read in conjunction with this Agreement. In summary, u9play collects personal data necessary for account management, KYC compliance, transaction processing, and responsible gambling functions. Data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes. All data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection principles and secured using 256-bit SSL encryption.

u9play is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Members. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for a minority of users and we take our obligations in this regard seriously.

• Age Restriction: Strictly 21 years and above. No exceptions. Age verification is mandatory.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. These limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Loss Limits: Voluntary loss limits can be set to cap total losses within a defined period.
• Session Reminders: Members can configure session duration reminders to manage gambling time.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through our support team. Self-exclusion periods are honoured across the entire platform.
• Reality Check Tools: Periodic on-screen notifications are available to remind Members of time spent and total wagers placed in a session.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, u9play, its directors, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of anticipated savings, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or u9play had been advised of their possibility.

u9play's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by that Member into their u9play account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude u9play's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by u9play's proven negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

14.1 Termination by the Member

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the u9play support team via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and any applicable withdrawal processing times. Bonus Funds remaining at closure are forfeited.

14.2 Suspension or Termination by u9play

u9play reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, failure to meet the minimum age requirement, or failure to comply with applicable law. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach by the Member, u9play reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Members agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the u9play support team in the first instance. u9play will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and will endeavour to reach a resolution within twenty-eight (28) days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties may seek resolution through binding arbitration or other dispute resolution mechanisms as may be specified by u9play from time to time. Nothing in this clause prevents a Member from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

u9play reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via platform notification or email (where an email address is on file) at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an immediate change is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the u9play platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
